    Canadian Cell Phone Carriers: Bell or Rogers?

    i'm trying to decide whether i should stay with bell or switch over to rogers. i was looking at rate plans and for the same 30$ rogers says it will give me, for free, "who called" which sounds like call display. so i ask you, fellow canadians, Bell or Rogers?
