I believe that what is/isn't allowed over 3G is provisioned by the carrier. Most carriers would likely be against allowing Facetime over 3G, since they tend to be stingy with bandwidth. I do remeraber it being announced as "Supports Facetime over 3G dependent on carrier approval" or something...

In order of shipping, I prefer, in this order: UPS > USPS > FedEx. FedEx is just a pain in the ass to deal with as a shipper, IMO. USPS is cheap, and it will get there. UPS is easy, middle of the road expensive, and gets there with next to no issues. At least in my experience.
