i have a 2000 chrysler concorde it wont go in to gear so i turned the car off now...
At first i was going to say if the key wasnt coming out you might have just locked the wheel, that happens to me all the time and you just need to tilt the steering wheel. As for the rest, it doesnt sound good when my transmission went it did that too, i couldnt go faster then 20 without my rpms...
