Okay, on the Sally Hansen website it says to put on the nail and let it dry, but on my bottle it says to apply it on the cuticles , over and under the nail. WHICH ONE IS THE CORRECT WAY?? Please don't tell me that either way works.... Thank You!! ^_^ ---> that's it...
