    Depends if you really like the car or not. Either way I say you should put the jdm motor in so you can at least sell it afterwards.

    Pop the hood and when you turn the a/c on make sure both fans are on. Radiator and condenser fan.

    If you get the OEM Honda replacement around 200 for the bumper alone. Around 100 for it after market. Paint and labor should not be over 150-200.

    There should be relays really close to the fans. Most likely it's them.

    Two completely different engines. One runs off of regular gas and the other runs on diesel. HUGE difference, hope you didn't run it on the wrong gas.
