I defeated the Swordplay Champion which was Matt, the trainer, and I wondered what it meant be you may get a special award for defeating him. What reward do you get besides the stamp? Answer if you know it!

You don't need bait. It's just pretty hard to catch a fish, since they're very scared (in the game at least). And you will get your item the next day. I just go back to the Animal Crossing menu (where Rover is) and set the date to tomorrow. Hope this helps!
