Ok I have baby tooth that hasn't come out yet and I have to remove it by tomorrow, it doesn't have any brackets on it and it's a little loose. Is there any tips on how I can get it really loose and pull it out by tonight? I don't want to have to pay to get it removed because it can cause lots of...
