I shut down my computer with a photoshop file still open. I didn't save it. Is

there any way to recover it? You see, my internet froze.
So, I shut down my computer...to remember later I had a WIP drawing up on photoshop!!
I really liked it and worked for hours on it. And crazy stupid me didn't save it.
So I was wondering if anyone here knows some way, ANY way, I might possibly get the file?

More info:
The file was minimized when I shut down the computer
I have a Mac
The file is not listed in "open recent" in Photoshop
The Photoshop version is CS4

HELP PLEASE!
