My SRS light came on 6 months ago and it stayed on since.A few days ago I reset the light and it went away. After driving about 10 mins the light came back on. I did see that there is a warranty extension/some recalls and my car might be repaired at a Honda dealer for free. I am the second owner of the car. Does this affect in any way a warranty/recall eligibility if I take my car at a Honda dealer? Is it one of those things where only the original owner is eligible for the warranty? I read that Honda extended the warranty on some srs parts to 10 years/150,000 miles.
