Tiny white worms in fish tank?

i have tiny worms in my fish tank's glass, i know that these aren't harmful to fishes but i wonder if these are grown beneficial bacterias?
 
They might just be microorganisms living underwater. I had those in my tank before. I don't think they are any kind of bacteria. Don't worry about them. Just scoop them out. THey also are not plamsrits.

I think your talking about planariams. Don't feed the fish for a couple of days and the fish will most likely eat them. They are present in most aquariums and thrive when the fish are well fed or over fed.
