change from sony ericsson to nokia, help?!?

Ive just got a nokia n8 replacing my sony c905
i transfered all my information onto the computer from my old phone but dont know how to transfer it to my new one, help?! how can i?
also i can i put new music onto my nokia n8?
how can i back up those files on my new phone, onto the computer?
