How to get mep2. Which define network operator,
because the device which is securiy locked by factory
does not read imei and mep2 with any boxes. We cannot desable
security option in some phones which is marked with red,

and without mep we cannot UNLOCK phone by code calculator.

i have a query heres.

if you look carefully, sometimes our network change automatically from 3G to 3g or maybe EDGE (or even gprs or GSM).

Do you have any idea, what is the treshold? is it rx level? (how much is it?) or maybe ping time (how fast TTL needed)

Hi yes you can update it with persian. You can use the file mentioned to update the handset but please make sure you delete the vendor.xml file before beginning the update process on the phone.

There are many step-by-step guides that explain the update process. Also make sure you select the language you want in the options screen when you are updating. Cheers and all the best!

I am new with blackberry and therfore i have a question which might be a simple one for you guys.
I have a unlocked Blackberry but i have a Vendor Id mentioned in it. How does this affect my BB in further software/firmware updates?

If yes can you please let me know the detailed steps of how to do it?

trying to use a old bb8110 work phone, put my new sim in reception bars are full but i couldn`t make or recieve calls "authorization failure" I unlocked phone and have put some downloaded firmware on but still having the same problems. i can gain internet access though?
