I cant really decide on the order so these are just Favorite 10 no particular order.

Death note- The storyline is amazing, the characters are amazing, the intro theme is amazing, the thought process is amazaing, what more can i say?

Elfen Lied-This one of the earlier anime that I've seen, and I don't remember all the details, but you know it was great because it made my top ten and I can only remember half the storyline.

My-Hime- Surprisingly excelent mix of comedy, action, and romance.

FMA- Just extremely unique.

Samurai X: Trust and Betrayal- 4 episode long prequal to Rurouni Kenshin, way better than alot of animes and only takes 2 hours of your time.

YuYu Hakusho- One of those animes I watched without knowing it was anime, then I rewatched the whole series years later and it still appealed to me.

Samurai Champloo- Great battles, loved the metaphor used in the epic ending.

Code Geass- Started out So-So, and then got better and better and BETTER until I couldn't keep my eyes of the TV. Epic ending as well.

Claymore- 26 episodes of tragic joy! Great storyline.

Monster- Brought me back into the psychological/thriller Genre, a little slow but well thought story and characters.

EDIT: Gurren Lagann Is one of the BEST animes i've ever seen it had action, comedy, romance, tragidy. However I can't decide which to remove from my list so i'll just have 11.

New anime list. Ones I actually watched and loved.

1.Gurren Lagann; Always will be my favorite anime, this epic one.

2.Neon Genesis Evangelion; Really, this would be right behind Gurren Lagann. It is, I have to admit, a little bit overrated sometimes, but it is absoultely kick ass and I love Rei.

3.Cowboy Bebop; Fantastic anime, I loved the stunning animation. Spike ftw.

4.The Melachony of Haruhi Suzumiya; Oh hell yes, praise Haruhi-sama.

No particular order:

Maison Ikkoku

Fullmetal Alchemist

Welcome to the NHK

Gunbuster

Macross (original)

Zeta Gundam

Elfen Lied

Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni

Cowboy Bebop

Ranma 1/2

Code Geass- The character designs, the soundtrack, the nonstop action, and Lelouche's stunning intellect all captured my attention. Not to mention the mecha designs, which really was no surprise since SUNRISE did this one.

Junjou Romantica- Yes, it's yaoi, and I happen to enjoy yaoi immensly. It's funny, spunky, and one of the best of this genre I've seen.

DBZ- Okay, this may not be the best anime but it's what got me started.

Baccano!- This is such a gory anime, but can be funny too. This is one that confused the hell out of me in the beginning, and the way it switches back and forth between years in an episode made this one a head scratcher.

Afro Samurai- I really have nothign to say about this one. It was just epic.

Peach Girl- Oh, to be in high school again. I hate high school drama, but I like this anime depicting it. I like it even more becaue there's no magic, myterious visitor, alternate univerce, etc. It's just a girl trying to make her way through high school and fall in love.

When I can think of 5 more I'll post again.

7.Samurai Champloo-Funny,all the characters were likable, plus a very good ending.
8.Afro Samurai-A lot of action, but Afro over killed almost everybody, but the movie was the best Anime movie I have ever seen.

The presence of the narcissistic king is my primary reason, then the heroine's smooth sarcasm, the pranks of the devilish twins are a plus points.

dn angel - phantom thief ftw. nice storyline. Dark mousy is so damn hot. Still craving for season 2. [ 8/10 ]

1. Toradora! - Awesome, pure and utter awesome.
2. Kanon - Cute, funny, sad. A very enjoyable show.
3. Clannad - Like Kanon, minus the sad. Interesting and entertaining.
4. Death Note - Need I say more.
5. School Days - Does the whole high school relationships thing well.
6. Lucky Star - It's Lucky Star.
7. K-On - Cool characters.
8. Rozen Maiden - Violence AND Slice of Life? Sign me up.
9. Kodomo No Jikan - o_o -> o_0 -> 0_0 ->
10. Not Sure, I'm just starting "Spice and Wolf" and Elfen Lied though, so we'll see if any of those are good enough for the 10 spot.

My dad says anime is for children. I showed him the last 8 minutes of School Days. He has never said it since...

Note for my Signature - what happened to poor Taigas awesome resolution!?

In no particular order:

Potemayo - Can't say no to cute.
Skip Beat - Good energy.
Maria Holic - Just wrong, but funny wrong
Eden of the East - Except for waiting on the ending -_-
Pandora Hearts - Always a fan of Alice & Wonderland.
Umineko no Naku Koro ni - It's rare to find a well played horror.
Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 - I am a fan of post-apoc genres, this one does a good job with realisim.
GANTZ - Gore may be a bit over the top, but its a damn fun ride.
Bleach - Because its one of the few series that me and my wife sit and watch together.

Hm, good gods my anime likes are different from my manga likes. XD

1. Mononoke ~ I am simply and utterly charmed by this anime. About an enigmatic medicine seller in Edo period who rids places of mononoke. The animation and voice acting allure you into this fantasy of traditional Japanese horror that will taint your mind.
2. xxxHOLiC ~ I suck to not being allowed to buy this series simply because of the title. DX As I am enchanted by CLAMP as well as wish making, this series really takes the cake there. It also led me to BUCK-TICK. How could I not like it?
3. Nabari no Ou ~ Based in the modern ninja world, this story follows a different sort of hero. While everyone fights over the hijitsu bestowed upon Rokujou Miharu, this devil of indifference cares for nothing but taking over his family's okonomiyaki business. That is, until he makes a promise with an enemy..
4. tactics ~ My love of Japanese stories. XD I'm not sure how to explain this series in words.
5. Natsume Yuujinchou ~ A lover of all things by the mangaka behind this story, when I discovered an anime adaption was to be made, I could hardly believe it. With a unique style and characters, it's completely absorbed me.
