Ivan, I'm sure John can and will take care of you and so would we. Since there are three devices in the chain we need to determine what one is culprit. Yesterday I had asked you to connect the speakers to the stock stereo to bypass the amp to see if the amp was bad. This would tell you if the speakers are gone or the deck and maybe amp. Not sure if you did this or not before the post as you have not contacted me back?
Regarding the mention of the B2017 code, this was never mentioned yesterday. Did some research on the forum and it sounds like there has been a few decks replaced under warranty over this. It means there is a bad connection and as mentioned, there have been some posts about getting the deck replaced under warranty.

A quick test to see if it's the deck is to simply connect the stock speakers back to the deck and bypass the amp. If the stock speakers work, then you know it may be the J&M's and or bad wiring. If they don't work, you know it's the deck and or bad wiring.
Once we find out what is actually causing the issue, we can work to get it fixed.
