c50 anniversary edition?

The guy I bought my 2006 c50 boulevard told me that it is the anniversary edition.

Does anyone know if that is true and if so how many years is the anniversary of this bike?

Ok, just saw a picture of the exact bike that I bought. The suzuki c50c boulevard pearl white with flames, but still dont know what year is the anniversary.

Any help on this would be appreciated.
 
I have that same exact bike, and I love it.

It's a limited not an anniversary. The limited from the prior year was a beautiful red with flames.
 
In 2003 there was a anniversary edition (all white) Volusia (now called the C50). Then in 04 they had the first Limited, it was black (more like dark charcoal gray) with ghost flames. Then in 05 they renamed the Volusia to C50. Both Volusia's and C50s share the model number VL800. All of the flames are decals. The decals are under the clearcoat on the tank and on the clearcoat on the fenders.

OMG that '08 is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen.

My hubby had the '05 Limited with ghosted flames and that bike was gorgeous, until he hit a deer. That's how we ended up with the '06. Then when I quickly out grew my little Shadow, I took over his bike and he got a new one, a C90 - 1500.

v0lusia, great collection of photos, do you have any large C50 photos suitable for desktop 1280x800 and/or 1920x1200?
