D Draak New member Sep 3, 2010 #1 ok so back in feburary of this year. i signed a 2 yr contract. i have the new chocolate and the front buttons dont work anymore. i pay the insurance on it so would it be possible to get a new phone or would i have to wait?? thanks

B BenJ New member Sep 3, 2010 #2 Take the phone back to your carrier's store and explain your situation. They most likely will replace it if it is defective.
