Just to clear some things up,
Legally they can not switch your plan with out prior notice, just because you have not signed and agreement does not give cricket the authority to view, enter, change, remove, or modify anything on the current plan you have.. This follows under the privacy act. If they enter your account with out your knowledge and remove or update your features or settings, you do have a legal stand point.
They have the right to drop you as a customer, this technically doesn't follow under any privacy act. They also have the right to notify you with in a certain time frame that alterations to your account will be made and you have the right to either switch it on your own, let them do it, or change services.
Though if i remember right cricket did reserve the right to change things with out notice, and you agree to this when you sign up for a plan with them..
So then again. You really dont have much to argue with.
but if you can prove that someone physically entered in your account to make the alterations you could in fact have a legal stand point based on the privacy act.
Who knows who cares... I dont practice law... I eat my breakfast and move on with my day... Unlike WS.SIXXX he eats women for the day and moves on with the night.
