Can you upgrade your Verizon phone if you bought a phone off eBay?

I used to have a crappy EnV before I bought a Dare for 200 bucks on eBay, now my upgrade is coming up in September and i'm wondering if since I got the Dare from eBay it'll reuine my upgrade. Helpp

If you're referring to new every two, no, it won't ruin the upgrade. Verizon does this to keep you with them on contract for another 2 years.
