To make things clear, you have openly stated you work for BEV, therefore people feel that they should be able to trust the information you provide.
If you only have information on heresay or from a co-worker than it is best to not state it until it is fact.
People believe the information that you provide. You need to make sure that you provide them with all of the facts.
What will happen if a client already subscribes to a theme and it is part of their package where the price is one set price for x number of themes?
This is different than if the customer subscribed to the theme on it's own, or paid for it in addition to their existing package.

And i've been providing clear and accurate iformation to the best of my abilities...nothing as been written in our information system!
How will they handle the refund? Unfortunatly nofficial info on it... Will there be a refund? No official info, yes according to that agent. How much? I think it should be a fix 5$ for everybody, but they could also calculate it on how much it cost the client (12 themes for X$ / 12=refund). That last comment here is a personnal taught, not a compagny's statement

That's why you need to make sure you clarify on each comment you make. It is easy for people to confuse what you say as a personal statement and what you say as a company statement.

Until late yesterday I was seeing the message that the Sports 3 package channels were offering a free preview until the end of September. I am not subscribed to this package and the channels were in red and still are. They now do not show that they are on a free preview.
However, I now noticed that the channels under the Family 2 package are under a free preview until October 1st. I subscribe to this package.
Is there supposed to be a free preview of both packages this month or just one or the other?

In familly 2 theme Discovery kids is in free review, but not the hole theme

Agent Express V you are confusing people ! all of the theme family 2 is on free view and the theme sports 3 is not. It looks like you and your TECH 3 don't know what is going on.
