2007 NFL Sunday Ticket information

It was offered last year too...I can not confuse both years, I wasn't there the year before
 
The question is why isn't it?...Is channel 469 not available?

I've called about this week one a couple of times and of course got absolutely useless help.

It's when told about the problem and they go into the useless check switch,transponder signal toubleshooting crap which I know has nothing to do with the problem.Then after being put on hold,they can come back with some BS it will show by game time or its got nothing to do with BEV but the source.

It's sad when you can hear it in the CSR's voice that even he or she doesn't believe what they are telling you.:confused:
 
How much does Sunday Ticket cost on Star Choice? On Videotron? On Shaw (if they have it)? On Rogers?

I taught I saw that it was over 200$ in the USA on Direct TV, more than Express Vu then, no?
 
Last year, when I signed up, I was offered something like a 15% coupon at NFLshop.ca, which was ridiculous...
 
Week 2
(Sunday September 16th)

11/14 games are being broadcasted in HD Week 2 and all 11 HD games are available in HD on DirecTV AND BEV!!! (see Red Bold for HD Blue Bold for SD). Wow, I'm impressed :D. Now let's see if they can manage the 12 HD games next week and I'll be astonished (it will be more difficult next week since there are 8 HD games at 1pm...).

Why the $10 increase with the same they offered last season ??. No early bird pricing? Ah well will still have to get it regardless
 
well i gave in just bought the damn game for $24.99 and it opened up all the channels. Looks like they are doing a per week deal of $24.99 this year and its somewhat buggy.

I got them to put a note on my account to give me a credit for this charge should it appear.


It was $0 on NFL1. I ordered the $0 threw phone line;)
 
the vikings/lions game was on channel 465 from the start of the game (HD)

It wasnt on SD until the ohio shootout ended.
 
There will be 6 dedicated channels for HD says a BEV CSR.When asked if they will make sure games will not be duplicated from games already shown on regular HD channels the answer was they won't be.

Not holding my breath on the last part as he sounded very unsure!

Also the CSR has no idea when games will show up on guide...something that should already be there for PVR purposes.

Very frustrating talking to people that no less about their products then the customer!!!

The New England Vs. NY Jets game is on CBSHDE,Philadephia Vs. Green Bay game on FOXHDW and Denver Vs. Buffalo game on CBSHDW.That means all of the remaing 5 HD games at the 1 PM eastern time should be on NFL Sunday Ticket HD channels.

How come I don't feel confident that Bell will be on top of this?...Calling AGENT EXPRESS V?
 
I want to get feedback on the interactive application...

Do you use it?

Is it worth the price?

I don't know any football fan and since I don't know if it's really worth it I always hesitate on calls to try to sell it...
 
Week 4
(Sunday September 30th)

10/12 games are being broadcasted in HD in week 4. All 10 games are being broacasted in HD on DirecTV and there should be no reason for the same not to happen on BEV this week (they only need to add 2 games at 1PM and 3 games at 4PM on the HD Sunday ticket channels).

Another smatcard revision? Where have you heard that? There is no planned smartcard revision...

 
We were informed that it is possible that clients that o suscribe to NFL Sunday ticket will get a message that they need to purchase it.

A simple reset of the programming on the bel site should fix it, or a reset throught an agent
 
Starchoice offers the package at $24.99 a month, the season lasts 4 months so it's about $100 for the season. Rogers has the Sports Pack for $30 a month which ends up at $120 for Sept-Dec and includes other sports.

Directtv charges so much because they have exclusive rights in the US, while here in Canada there are many providers carrying Sunday Ticket, all at a cheaper rate than Bell.
 
Hi everyone. I am new to NFLST and ordered it for the first time ever on Tuesday the 4th. Looking forward to watching my Saints roll to the bowl this season. ;) Anyhow, none of the NFLST channels have yet appeared in my guide and the only channel NFL1 is still in red. Is this correct? Did they forget to activate me and should I call them back?

Week 4
(Sunday September 30th 2007)

10/12 games are being broadcasted in HD in week 4. All 10 games are being broacasted in HD on DirecTV but, if we are to trust the current BEV guide, I am flabbergasted to say that only 9 out of 10 are being broadcasted in HD on BEV this week which makes no sense at all as there is PLENTY of bandwidth available this week (unlike last week where 8 HD games were being broadcast at once, this week there are only 5 HD games at the same time). If BEV does not rectify this by Sunday they are getting very sloppy and this is an insult to customers who pay 200$/year for the package.

Agent, a Smart Card Revision is an electronic measure, not to be confused with a Smart Card Swap...

We have hundreds of 3100's where the revision on the Card is very old, has to be updated to the latest Revision prior to activation.
