and just so nobody is confused, I don't have a problem with gay people serving in the military. I have a problem with gay people serving in the military when other service members don't like the idea, just like I have a problem with anybody being forced to associate with someone they don't want to

Should I ask if you think I care about that one way or the other? BTW that doesn't make me racist, so do me a favor and don't go down that road

Expecting a child? Get the fuck out of the military. You are too emotional.

Your mother have cancer? Fuck off. You are too emotional.

Life happens. In the real world gays exist. Deal with it.

I admit I'm assuming that the vast majority of service members don't have a hatred for gingers but if I'm wrong then keep them out, by all means

shit, if you have a huge problem with gays the military is the last place you want to be. go to iraq or afghanistan, those dudes are fucking each other left and right and they're not shy about it.

Is a blowjob an inherently homosexual act?

I'll give you a hint: no, but if you get a blowjob (even from a woman!) you're still breaking sodomy laws.

Equally idiotic. Forbidding someone from a duty they are otherwise perfectly fit for on the basis of an arbitrary rule is moronic whether it has to do with height, race, gender, sexual orientation, or anything else.

If you're fit to do the duty, you should be able to do it. Period.

have you ever ACTUALLY associated with someone you knew was gay, uneek?

i guarantee you've associated with plenty of homosexuals you didn't know were gay, but have you ever had a conversation with someone you knew was gay? like actually tried to get to know them at all?

or do you let your personal prejudices encapsulate you in an entirely impenetrable bubble of bigoted ignorance?

I do think it's ironic that liberals only care about peoples' feelings so long as they jive with whatever feel good pet project is currently in vogue

People don't live in a vaccum where they are indifferent about what goes on around them. Well they do, but that's corporate america.

[/i]

Which is it? Or are you saying that it would be reasonable to bar a homosexual service member from certain non-combat duties?
