did you unlock using original imei after flashing?

flash phone with good flash then unlock it using original IMEI

i flashed the phone with flashfile i got from twister support site and unlock

download the flash file again cos this is situation is very rare. als o cheak for virus infections on your system. set the spead for flashing as slow as possible. hope cables are fine. what version flash file did u flash with? does it require test point for unlocking? if yes then make test poiint after flashing to enable u unlock the phone(direcat unlock also save mape, use original imei) other wise your phone is still more or less dead.cheack if your phone has had contact with fluids by opening the phone.
now for your second attempt : wash the board with tinner and dry with your work station(MORDERATELY HIGH HEAT DONT KILL) flashing the phone and unlock agin.
