I laughed out loud at this because I got to Ohio State. That rivalry is incredibly important among our two schools. :lmao:


I have come to love their S&D routine just as much, if maybe not a little more, than their Phantom. It's just so beautiful and romantic. I love Phantom because I love the music and the moves are insane but there is just something about S&D...

Aww, anyone find it cute that they gave each other funny looks when they saw each other on campus? :lol: I think (THIS IS ME TIN-HATTING :D) that at that point when they started uni they were kind of "Let's separate and stay on opposites sides of campus okay? *fist pump*" and then, they started realizing, oh hey, we can't be separate, our lives are going to collide. I find it adorable that they have the same circle of friends --- lol, lol, I think there was an interview and they were like "We basically spend every day together ... so, I'm not thinking "I MISS YOU CHARLIE" when I don't see him" *snicker* When don't they see each other - there's so many frickin' pictures of them doing normal stuff.

I kind of love the fact that Meryl didn't want to give up her life to get to the Olympics but so much of her life is skating and so many of her friends *coughJeremycough*, and she was the one all protective over Charlie when he began dating. I cannot imagine her as a blonde, the brown looks so pretty on her!

Good Canadian friend - ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT SCOTT MOIR?! You know they sat next to each other and fangirl'ed.

In other news, remember when I was stirring up conspiracy theory about Marlie not following each other on Twitter and therefore drama was afoot (a conspiracy diffused when we saw their adorable recent interview together). WELL!!! Word is (according to FSU board) that Fedor Andreev will be training in Canton in ice dance and the first person he alerted was Meryl. Guess who Fedor is ALSO NOT FOLLOWING ANYMORE? Mr Charlie Allen White Jr.!!!! Dun Dun DUN!!!!

Not that I'm really emotionally invested into these two, but I can appreciate their friendship.
 
The difference is T/S literally try their best to spend every waking moment together - while these two are bff's :D I don't know, I read this article and Meryl said that yes they are best friends but when they're not together they're not thinking "Oh I wish I could be with Charlie now". *snort* With T/S they're all "I SPENT TWO WEEKS WITHOUT EVER SEEING HIM/HER I'M IN DEPRESSION MODE *SNIFF*"

ETA: Meryl and Charlie were at a Tigers game today :)
 
Word for word, I was about to say the same thing. As an end result, the Goose looks more impressive and for lack of a better word, prettier. But the M/C lift (does it have a name?) seriously blows me away. That one leg of Chariie is supporting most of her weight, going backwards no less. And like you said, the entrance into it be very is so fast.

Thanks for all those pics!! Bernie, when I saw that pic of Meryl's head on Charlie's shoulder and they're like backwards (don't know how else to describe it) I was immediately like hey, they have a pic like Tessa and Scott's! lol...they're very similar, I think...
