whats wrong with my sony ericsson satio ?

i went to sony ericsson.com to the phone simulator then i choose how to create a contact then when thesimulator wants to creae a contact i has a lot of options while my satio dosnt have that much options what is wrong with my sati and how can i fix it ?
 
Well, the firmware in your phone is old I guess. Just go back to Sony Ericsson website, and get your phone software updated to the latest. That will fix it. :-)
