Where do I take a business client for fun?

I have been training a guy this week on our software, and tomorrow night is the last night before he leaves town on Friday. I was to be hospitable, but I am not a bar hopper or clubber at all. Where can I take him after training is complete tomorrow night, for fun, that will still come across as professional? Keep in mind that I will have to expense this and do not want to spend more than $50.

Not for the club or bar scene, but for the bull riding and country atmosphere.

I was going to say a helicopter night tour of the city (a friend does that) but it's more than $50.
